Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience of leading marketing teams (preferably as a Director or VP) and track-record of driving massive user growth at a B2B tech platform
  • Proven success in leading and managing metrics-driven organizations. Ability to inspire and manage a high-caliber team to deliver quality results
  • You're obsessed with next-generation best practices in developer programs, user growth techniques, marketing technologies and analytics
  • Expert analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate to actionable changes and a history of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Ability to be strategic as well as hands-on and tactical. Able to execute quickly in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • You are an expert-level user of Google Analytics and other marketing technologies such as Autopilot, Intercom.io, Wordpress, SEO tools, etc
  • BA/BS required, ideally in a quantitative field (computer science, economics, math, engineering, etc)
Responsibilities
  • Build, mentor and lead a high performance product, partner and content marketing team championing and implementing Chartboost cultural values. Coach and nurture talent ensuring each member of the team is learning and growing
  • Develop and build the strategic vision for marketing communications in collaboration with the leadership, business, and product teams
  • Actively participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing team
  • Direct and manage scalable programs and product communication efforts including strategy, creative development, execution, testing and optimization
  • Define, test and evaluate industry-leading growth initiatives to promote community growth and engagement
  • Continually assess campaign performance and determine why programs failed or were successful
  • Coordinate communications and PR strategy for the Chartboost brand
  • Be the market facing subject matter expert for the Chartboost product portfolio and represent Chartboost at industry events
  • Manage www.chartboost.com website design, management & operations
  • Determine and manage operations for the overall marketing stack including Wordpress, Autopilot, Intercom, Google Analytics, Eventbrite and others
