Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, insurance, or service-oriented roles

  • Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Communications or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Being in Operations, this role is a bit of a swiss army knife. You will be tasked with a wide span of responsibilities,all supporting the operations of our brokerage house
  • Deliver consistent and timely follow-up in response to client and internal stakeholder requests and issues
  • Triage clients servicing requests such as cancellations, endorsements, and billing related inquiry
  • Bind policies internally, ensuring policy records are accurate
  • Engage with clients and coordinate with our billing partners on any billing related matters
  • Drive additional value by identifying follow-up opportunities for the broker team and process improvements for the brokerage
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high growth environments
  • Prior experience working in CRMs or Agency Management Systems (Salesforce, Veruna)
  • A background in insurance or other regulated categories
