Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing preferred
  • 2-5 years of proposal management experience in sales
  • Experience with RFP automation software like Responsive or Loopio
  • Sales process knowledge and experience with process documentation preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, additional languages a plus

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate producing RFP responses with internal resources
  • Manage and enforce end-to-end RFP process
  • Schedule and lead RFP intake calls
  • Plan timelines and resource requests for RFP responses
  • Maintain RFP and proposal templates
  • Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of RFP response library
  • Train and support sales organization on RFP processes and tools
  • Generate analytical reports on RFP performance
  • Analyze year-over-year RFP response performance
  • Maintain knowledge management resources for RFP function
  • Assist sales in registering Cority as a vendor on procurement portals
