- A degree, or a degree in progress, in mathematics, statistics, data science, economics, physics, or a similar field.
- Strong mathematical ability.
- Very good spreadsheet skills.
- Comfort with organizing structures, naming conventions, and orderly data.
- Comfort with following up with busy people to obtain files and numbers.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild and own the Somerce Google Drive with an orderly structure covering finance, internal and external clients, operations, and platform exports.
- Continuously check and maintain permissions so the appropriate people have access to the appropriate information.
- Combine live, shop, affiliate, and ads data into a unified input.
- Clean and organize data daily to maintain a reliable data foundation.
- Run exports and data pulls from TikTok Shop and other platforms.
- Prepare clean datasets for AI and agentic workflows as they are introduced.
Desired Qualifications
- Python or SQL experience.
