What You’ll Need:

• Degree in STEM or a strong foundation in computers and programming
• Experience troubleshooting application and OS level issues (Windows and Linux)
• Solid understanding of operating systems and network architectures
• Experience in build systems, configuration management, and deployment processes

• Ability to navigate desktop and command line environments
• Strong documentation mentality

• Comfortable with independent investigation and communication for issue resolution
