- Schedule and make deliveries to field locations and equipment shops. Communicate with stakeholders to determine most effective delivery method.
- Operate a tractor trailer combination or wrecker truck for transporting various materials, automobiles and equipment. Load and unload trucks. Complete and maintain all required documentation regarding movement of equipment and supplies.
- Perform manual labor and other maintenance tasks as needed for project completion. Complete assigned work as instructed in established time frames.
- Perform miscellaneous duties around work area when not delivering or picking up equipment and supplies.
- Perform maintenance repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance. Complete pre-trip inspections for any vehicle or equipment operated.
- Prioritize equipment movement needs to meet customer expectations. Plan and schedule work assignments and make adjustments to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- A combination of training, experience, or education in Vehicle Operations, or related field desired.
- Experience driving CDL required equipment. Experience in maintenance or construction related activities.
- Experience in equipment operation and performing mechanical repairs of equipment.
- Experience in equipment shop operations.
- Experience leading and training others.
- Valid Commercial Drivers License with appropriate endorsements.
