Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy for BFSI industries
  • Manage a direct sales team with a focus on Strategic Account Development
  • Coordinate strategy across all core UKI GTM functions
  • Communicate and align BFSI strategy across the UiPath Eco System
  • Become the Industry evangelist for BFSI in UKI
  • Represent UiPath's differentiated AI-driven Automation thought leadership
  • Create a culture of high performance and talent development
  • Head-up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors
  • Establish reference accounts
  • Ensure a psychologically safe environment for the team
