Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy for BFSI industries
  • Operate in harmony with company values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast
  • Manage a direct sales team with a focus on Strategic Account Development
  • Coordinate strategy across all core UKI GTM functions
  • Communicate and align BFSI strategy across the UiPath Eco System of GSI's, Focus Partners, Technology and Academic alliances
  • Become the Industry evangelist for BFSI in UKI and represent UiPath's differentiated AI driven Automation thought leadership
  • Create a culture of high performance, talent development, inclusion, and wellbeing
  • Head-up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors
  • Establish reference accounts
  • Ensure a psychologically safe environment for the sales team
