- Previous automotive experience is preferred, but energetic and hard-working individuals with a passion for cars will also be considered.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to work Monday through Saturday.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Safely transport customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
- Pick up parts, supplies, tires, and other materials from vendors or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
- Operate the company vehicle safely and courteously while obeying all traffic laws.
- Conduct state safety and emissions inspections on vehicles ethically and in accordance with company and state guidelines.
- Perform tire mounting and dismounting, wheel balancing, and tire rotations.
- Perform oil changes and other basic services as directed by the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
- Observe general vehicle condition during basic services and report obvious needed repairs or safety concerns to the Store Manager.
- Use the company's multipoint inspection and/or repair order to document vehicle condition properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including the service area, tire racks, showroom, and exterior of the building.
- Follow all safety procedures and report concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
- Previous automotive experience.
