- Provide deskside support onsite in Richmond, Indiana.
- Solve tickets remotely.
- Work with SCCD ticketing system (New Version of Maximo).
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities and break/fix tasks.
- Support Windows environments and manage software/hardware issues.
- VDI experience preferred
- Experience with SCCM software deployment and management (if not already required)
- Experience with IT incident management tools and processes beyond basic ticketing
