Responsibilities
  • Provide research and reference assistance to library users with an emphasis on Microforms and Government Information
  • Field questions related to student and faculty research and library information needs
  • Assist users with Library databases and electronic services; advise and consult on library policies and procedures; troubleshoot equipment related problems; perform opening and closing functions; greet patrons with a welcoming attitude
  • Attend ongoing library trainings for professional development; attend department meetings and training sessions; provide project support
  • Dependability and arriving promptly when assigned to work are part of the responsibilities
