Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer at an accredited university, preferably a Junior going in to your Senior year
  • Ability to manage data and multiple Safety projects, cross functionally, across the whole aircraft organization
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-managed and committed to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to understand how Archer's products are designed, built and operate

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to contribute to design and development aspects
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports
  • Participate in the improvement of MBSE processes and help identify integration challenges for the air vehicle
  • Participate in integration testing on various test lab environments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations and other engineering teams, to ensure a seamless integration of engineering solutions
  • Actively participate in problem-solving activities, proposing innovative solutions and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous coursework or experience in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering related fields
  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry

Archer is developing electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft for urban air mobility networks, with a focus on innovating in powertrain technologies to enable the commercialization of eVTOL aircraft.
