We are looking for Senior Consultants with life sciences experience to contribute to our portfolio of work at our life science customers.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
7 to 10 years leading or participating in business or technology projects, preferably in a client facing consulting environment
Ability to manage complex projects, conduct business analysis efforts and process improvement activities
Ability to follow a structured project management approach (Agile, SDLC methodologies, PMO experience, etc.)
Experience working in life sciences industry
Ideally has experience or interest in any of the following areas – Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $106,500 - $176,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
