Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph.
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
  • At least 10 years of program management experience with Agile program management methodologies.
  • Program Management Professional certification.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing classified Intelligence Community programs.
  • Subcontract management experience.
  • Experience planning and managing work on completion-based contracts.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of program execution, ensuring objectives and performance standards are met in alignment with sponsor requirements.
  • Develop and manage Agile program management frameworks to ensure iterative delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement across technical teams.
  • Act as the main liaison between the sponsor, internal leadership, and subcontractor organizations to ensure alignment of program goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure all program activities comply with sponsor security requirements, ISSA/ITS clearance standards, and Intelligence Community protocols.
  • Maintain adherence to Project Management Professional and Agile best practices, organizational policies, and federal acquisition regulations.
  • Translate sponsor mission needs into actionable program objectives and technical tasks.
  • Lead the cross-functional team responsible for building and delivering a web-based internal tool, then lead post-deployment maintenance, updates, and enhancements to ensure continued compliance and usability.
