Responsibilities

Own the Accounts Payable process, including vendor onboarding, invoice coding, and bill processing
Own and manage the monthly close process with the assistance of our outside accounting firm
Assist in implementing and optimizing policies & procedures (purchasing process, T&E policy, capitalization policy, fixed asset tracking, and anything else we can improve)
Support our audit and tax process
Investigate and build out the infrastructure necessary for FAR cost accounting
Responsible for the selection and implementation of a new accounting ERP system
Support our People Operations team with payroll matters

The Finance Team is looking for an accounting professional who is detail-oriented, experienced in making process improvements, and independent. This person is an accounting utility weapon and has the experience to manage/execute processes for accounts payable, GL accounting, audit, tax, and payroll.

About The Role:
