  • Cross-Department Collaboration and Resource Integration: Collaborate with operations, R&D, and marketing teams, coordinate resources to resolve issues in development and promotion, drive product commercialization, and ensure project progress and goal achievement.
  • Commercialization Strategy and Ecosystem Building: Develop product pricing and promotion strategies, define core commercial metrics, track industry technology trends, build a product ecosystem, and increase market penetration and commercial value.
