Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a People Partner
  • 3+ years experience partnering with leaders on employee relations, talent management, interpreting and acting on data analytics/reporting
  • Strong project management and change management skills, possessing the ability to drive programs independently. Able to drive projects from start to finish
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator
  • Experience rolling out people programs and completing critical tasks such as leading focal cycles, facilitating calibration sessions, conducting exit interviews, and developing career ladders
  • Analytical skills with experience translating data into action planning
  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills. Proven experience building relationships at all levels across the organization
  • Experience developing and leading organizational change initiatives, Influencing and guiding leaders to ensure the best outcomes
  • Knowledge and experience working with technology companies strongly preferred
  • Ability to work with both in-office and distributed teams effectively
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, etc. which govern employment policies and practices
  • BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent years of HR/People experience
Responsibilities
  • Building a deep understanding of the desired business outcomes to be able to implement high value practices and solutions for the respective GTM \functions/teams
  • In order to help develop impactful people initiatives, it is imperative to understand the challenges we have, our values and how we operate. Building great relationships and understanding the needs of our team to be able to support them is key to success
  • Providing both proactive consultation and real-time guidance related to compensation, employee engagement, organization design, workplace planning, and overall talent management
  • Assessing team and employee development needs, making recommendations, and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Helping resolve employees issues and provide guidance to business leaders on how to effectively manage performance
  • Working collaboratively with internal partners in Compensation and Benefits, Enablement/Onboarding, People Analytics, and People Operations to execute implement high impact solutions
  • Operational excellence including the following:
  • Conduct exit interviews to provide context/key themes, recommendations on actions to mitigate future attrition
  • Programmatic involvement with Lacework's semi-annual review process including designing and facilitating calibration, and manager enablement around written feedback
  • Partner with managers to create career leveling expectations to help set clear performance expectations and support discussions and decisions around development and promotional opportunities
  • Using survey data, engage with managers to build decks and dashboards that provide data and storytelling behind key strengths and areas of focus
  • Execute org changes in partnership with People Operations to ensure data integrity in Workday and downstream systems
  • Acting as a change leader as the business continues to evolve, focused on maximizing employee success and driving business outcomes
  • Utilizing people analytics and metrics to inform leaders and better develop data-driven solutions. This includes helping leaders interpret and act on regular survey results
  • Role modeling our Lacework values, be an ambassador of our culture. Embed our values into all of our people programs
  • Working with Recruiting to ensure a strong talent pipeline is being built and we are attracting the best talent from a skills, experience and culture/values perspective
