Requirements
  • Previous professional experience in ad operations, media, or marketing.
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, and G Suite products.
  • Expertise using GAM and Ad Butler platforms.
  • Photography and photo editing experience.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud; specifically in using Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Experience using Smartsheet software.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and optimize advertising partner campaigns, projects, and activations including but not limited to maintaining ad specs, gathering campaign assets, ad trafficking, campaign pacing, and reporting.
  • Design incoming newsletter advertising once assets are gathered using the email banner ad template.
  • Keep in contact with contracted Branded Content Writer to finalize digital branded content campaigns, this includes copy editing and the final publication of the article once approved by the advertiser.
  • Communication with Hagerty’s Marketing team to maintain owned-and-operated advertising for Hagerty’s business units.
  • Learn about the new GAM platform and continue to maintain, traffic and report on all advertising campaigns and train others on utilizing this new system.
  • Support communication with the OAO team regarding specific asks and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure full and successful delivery of all advertising partner campaigns.
  • Manage and forecast media inventory to avoid overselling and under delivery.
  • Establish and deliver best practices for campaign execution including intake process, reporting cadence, and communication templates.
  • Support in account management, partner communication, ideation, and troubleshooting. This includes utilization of Basecamp and communication with team members on the execution of social media and print branded content deliverables.
  • Act as a channel expert for native advertising offerings and industry trends, then adapt and recommend opportunities to the media sales team.
  • Support the transition of ad server platforms and maintain reporting, monitor revenue, and promote optimization of programmatic advertising through the new GAM platform.
  • Organize and place print advertising in HDC Magazine bedsheet for all issues.
  • Manage the vendor communications process from pre-sale & renewals through on-site execution and post event follow-up.
  • On-site assistance and sponsor relations at Hagerty Events.
  • On-site photography of all sponsors and vendors for utilization in future sponsor communications.
  • Support in organizing sponsor deliverables and communication with Events team.
  • Support in maintaining Sponsorship team Smartsheet detailing contract negotiations and the contract signing process.
  • Maintain knowledge of all events and participate in regular calls between the Events and Sponsorships teams.
  • Discover and implement methods for ensuring optimization of practices and organization for Events sponsorships and contracts.
  • As needed support in tasks such as: Pre-Event sponsor communications regarding deliverables and execution of the contract, Presence, participation, and leadership of meetings with potential or contracted Sponsors, Picking up additional tasks not listed during periods of additional workload on the Sponsorships team.
