Requirements
  • Minimum five years professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
  • Strong accounting fundamentals and financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate a commercial understanding of the business into accounting data
  • Self-motivated, detailed oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management
  • Ability to adapt to changes in environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously to meet established deadlines
  • Demonstrated computer skills, with advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting standards
  • Experience with Workday a plus
Responsibilities
  • Measure, analyze and report the financial results and metrics of the organization against operating plans and/or financial forecast, identifying trends and recommending actions
  • Prepare financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for key stakeholders including the board of directors, executive leadership, financial leadership, and external and internal shareholders
  • Provide meaningful insight and analysis on operations of the business through identification and communication of key performance drivers
  • Support the financial reporting requirements for external lenders in accordance with a credit agreement
  • Assist in identifying and reporting on management adjustments to EBITDA
  • Play a key role in automating and streamlining reporting dashboards and processes across the organization by leveraging existing systems (Workday, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint) and implementing new systems as needed
  • Perform ad hoc analysis, process improvement initiatives and other special projects as needed
