Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on application usage. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. - Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Applications Model-Driven Applications is required. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development is recommended. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows and Microsoft Dataverse is suggested. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization capabilities. - Experience in developing and implementing CRM solutions. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with CRM SDK and REST API integration. - Experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems - Hands-on experience in developing plugins and workflows - Knowledge of JavaScript and C# programming languages - Experience in Data Verse - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service and Field Service - Experience in developing custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Power Applications Model-Driven Applications - Experience is collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions - Experience in integrating Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows into CRM applications - Experience in Optimizing performance and scalability of applications - Stay updated on latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development trends Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
