- At least one year of experience in a similar position, preferably in multinational companies or consulting firms.
- FP, bachelor's degree, or equivalent degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a similar field.
- Advanced French proficiency, assessed through a language test.
- Perform accounting for Iberian work centers in accordance with reliability, accuracy, and transparency principles and current accounting and tax regulations in Portugal and Spain.
- Manage supplier and customer accounting and bank reconciliations.
- Record issued and received invoices for the assigned scope, ensuring correct allocation according to the General Accounting Plan and the company's analytical allocation rules.
- Manage the monthly profit-and-loss account for the assigned scope by recording accounting entries and accruing expenses.
- Prepare and transmit established monthly reports to assigned stores regarding their accounting status.
- Manage store financing, including control of the correct allocation of revenue, margin, and bank expenses and their deposit into the bank account.
- Review the organization and quality of accounting documents provided by employees to ensure compliance with validation rules.
- Provide accounting support and resolve accounting issues for assigned stores.
- Perform bank reconciliations and control cash for assigned stores.
- Properly archive accounting documents in compliance with current internal and external regulations.
- Support external and internal audits.
- Experience in a similar position in multinational companies or consulting firms.
