  • Advanced ability to cultivate peer and key stakeholder relationships in order to influence others and drive results. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and upward to senior leadership to manage and resolve business issues and challenges
  • Proficiency with MS Office - e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint including process mapping and project management tracking
  • Health insurance experience and/or Medicare programs
  • Experience working with third-party sales channels as a growth driver
  • Experience in digital marketing programs and related tools/software
