Requirements
  • 6+ years of digital ad operations experience, 2+ years managing a team
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising technology (RTB, ad networks, digital media, digital ad serving), familiarity with OTT advertising a plus
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising campaign management, including strategies, tactics, execution, and reporting
  • Proven track record managing and motivating teams
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and client-facing audiences
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Managers/Sr. Associates, which includes providing ongoing feedback, support for career development, and helping with specific campaign issues
  • Demonstrate expert level knowledge and understanding of advertising campaign management and processes at Roku
  • Hire and develop high performing team members through training/coaching and consistent performance feedback
  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders across business units at Roku to not only identify complex business issues, but also develop and present solutions
  • Work independently with Senior leaders on other teams to generate process efficiencies for the advertising business
  • Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects that will help drive revenue growth for Roku
