- Install, configure and troubleshoot Lync 2013 and Skype for Business related issues.
- Perform database and log file backup and restore operations.
- Exchange Decommission; Public Folder Administration; Managing Recipient policies.
- Manage messaging records management and retention policies.
- Monitor critical Exchange services; report on Exchange and Lync performance.
- Analyze CDR and Quality of Experience reporting.
- Manage and troubleshoot end user connectivity including IM, Lync IM, Web/Voice/Video conferencing and voice communications.
- Maintain knowledge of reverse proxy servers such as Threat Management Gateway; troubleshoot Edge Transport servers and mail flow from Gateway servers.
- Install and configure Skype for Business; use troubleshooting tools for Exchange and Lync.
- Provide ongoing support for end users and coordinate with other teams as required.
