  • Understand and troubleshoot mail flow from Gateway servers
  • Installation & configuration of Skype for Business
  • Strong knowledge on Troubleshooting tools for Exchange & Lync
Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer Messaging Environment and related components.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Exchange related issues and maintain Exchange Clusters 2010/2013.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot Lync 2013 and Skype for Business related issues.
  • Perform database and log file backup and restore operations.
  • Exchange Decommission; Public Folder Administration; Managing Recipient policies.
  • Manage messaging records management and retention policies.
  • Monitor critical Exchange services; report on Exchange and Lync performance.
  • Analyze CDR and Quality of Experience reporting.
  • Manage and troubleshoot end user connectivity including IM, Lync IM, Web/Voice/Video conferencing and voice communications.
  • Maintain knowledge of reverse proxy servers such as Threat Management Gateway; troubleshoot Edge Transport servers and mail flow from Gateway servers.
  • Install and configure Skype for Business; use troubleshooting tools for Exchange and Lync.
  • Provide ongoing support for end users and coordinate with other teams as required.
