Job Summary

• Seeking a results-driven Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and maintenance of complex systems
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, systems-thinking mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, security, and reliability

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usable
• Research and document user workflows
• Design intuitive front-end systems and create mockups
• Engage with users for feedback, and work closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools

Required Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Experience in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases
• Experience creating user interface design specifications through researching and documenting user requirements including profiles, frequent tasks, workflows, and user scenarios while working closely with application developers
• Experience directing/conducting usability testing
• Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, and PenPot

Desired Qualifications

• Certifications related to Human Factors Engineering or Human Centered Computing are a plus

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
