Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in GTM strategy, investment banking, management consulting or a related revenue operations field. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is desirable, but not required
  • Data visualization & dashboarding skills: relevant experience (or education) in data analytics and visualization with proficiency in BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Metabase and/or SQL
  • “All hands on deck” mindset: desire to be in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Ownership & bias for action: end-to-end ownership of deliverables & ability to get deep into details and complex datasets to get them done
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: independently able to deal with ambiguous topics without a defined process or “right” answer
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills: prior experience & comfort interacting with senior leadership
Responsibilities
  • Act as an analytics partner to GTM leadership, developing KPIs & metrics dashboards and making proactive, data-driven recommendations on business strategy & priorities
  • Use data visualization tools (i.e. Domo, Tableau) to surface business performance trends & actionable insights across various GTM segments
  • Identify and create new Sales programs to drive revenue growth on topics such as sales segmentation, pipeline growth and pricing
  • Assist with key business reporting for our GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM leadership, Finance, Product and other teams to ensure business alignment on top priorities and drive change where needed
