Requirements
  • Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
Responsibilities
  • Provides weekly support for Multicultural Engineering Program programming.
  • Planning sessions and developing agendas.
  • Coordinating speakers and preparing topics.
  • Creating flyers and advertisements.
  • Managing room reservations.
  • Supporting catering needs.
  • Communicating with student leaders such as MEP Envoys and Lead Mentors as well as with MEP alumni.
  • Assisting in preparation of brief written summaries for annual reporting, summarizing program events, student involvement, and engagement outcomes.
