  • Pursuit of a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field with a graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.
  • Proven project management skills including experience with project tracking tools
  • Experience creating and executing Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Comfortable running complex machinery with high regard for safety
  • Familiarity with systems thinking approach and application
  • Strong data analytics: capture, analysis, and presentation skills(e.g., Tableau, R, Python-based libraries, a plus)
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Systematic and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use manual tools
  • Experience creating and/or interpreting 3D models with design engineering software such as Rhino, Solidworks, a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate across a variety of audiences
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of new performance based cushioning systems that result in growth opportunities and competitive advantages in the marketplace.
  • Evaluate and characterize future cushioning systems to help better understand their function and performance.
