Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Leading the eCommerce Sales team you'll set daily and weekly targets to deliver our forecast. You will drive the team to deliver against the targets you've set through managing activity levels and providing coaching and advice on how to improve performance
  • Sales: You'll be responsible for maintaining the eCommerce sales pipeline (prospects, enquiries, sales and fulfilment) and ensuring no opportunities are wasted in pursuit of growth. You'll support Sales Consultants with converting inbound leads into sales and managing the end to end customer buying process
  • Management: Monitoring team performance against KPIs and lead the daily sales team meeting. Performance management of individuals and setting of weekly rota
  • Forecasting: You'll be comfortable providing regular accurate sales forecasts
  • Negotiating and resolution: Engage with dealers to negotiate buybacks and repairs post sale. Handle all 1st line Sales related customer and dealer escalations from sales consultants
  • Customer satisfaction: Work with aftersales to make sure the customer is completely happy post sale, including engaging with dealers and our delivery partner to resolve any issues. Maintain and build on our trustpilot score
  • Hiring, talent and training: You'll hire, train and keep the team happy. Setting aside time to listen and provide feedback on calls, conduct role plays and training sessions and help them learn from each others best practises

  • Experience: You're proven at leading sales teams. Automotive sales experience is a but isn't a requirement
