Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus two additional years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the technological infrastructure necessary for educational simulations and learning activities
  • Oversee the integration, implementation, and maintenance of various software platforms and simulation tools
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve user problems to minimize downtime and disruptions
  • Collect and report data related to the performance and outcomes of educational simulations
  • Provide technical assistance during training sessions
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot system requirements during hands-on educational activities
  • Assist in training faculty and staff on the use of simulation technologies
  • Collaborate closely with the Assistant Director of Operations for the Clinical Simulation Space
