Responsibilities
  • Manage customer service operations for phone inquiries.
  • Oversee call center policies, procedures, and reporting.
  • Maintain the Call Center and ITM Center guides and generate reports.
  • Monitor call interactions to ensure quality service.
  • Ensure all ITMs are operating and functional. Work with vendor on any issues.
  • Develop and implement call flow guidelines.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Call Center staff.
  • Attend operational and sales meetings as needed.
  • Complete ongoing educational assignments.
  • Creating and Maintaining the staff work schedule for the Call Center.
