Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Material or Management Engineering) or Technical High School Diploma with relevant experience
  • Knowledge of technical drawings
  • Passion for technology, willingness to learn from others
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Responsibilities
  • Participate in simplification initiatives in order to study and develop manufacturing processes and documents changes
  • Support the implementation of manufacturing engineering activities, such as the definition of work scope of components and process improvements in order to reduce costs and respect objectives
  • Bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes
  • Interface in an effective manner with all manufacturing departments
  • Analyze, verify and adapt current documentation management process according to aviation legislation requirements
  • Participate in LEAN initiative and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvement
