Responsibilities
  • Experience managing communities on Instagram (Stories, Lives, DMs, Highlights) and community tools like Cirqle/CreatorIQ/ShopMy, Slack, Instagram Broadcast, Discord or other channels.
  • Ability to program and schedule digital content and interactive activities that drive daily and weekly engagement.
  • Skilled at writing engaging community posts, prompts, and announcements that match brand voice and energize niche communities.
  • Ability to monitor community vibes, flag issues early, and cultivate an inclusive and positive environment.
  • Strong digital comms etiquette-knows how to talk to members, reply in DMs, and build trust online.
  • Comfortable being a friendly, consistent point of contact for ambassadors and top-tier community members.
  • Experience identifying and vetting local influencers, micro-creators, or superusers for program participation.
  • Ability to onboard members or ambassadors clearly and efficiently-via email, Zoom, or community tools.
  • Keeps programs moving-tracks signups, confirms deliverables, and ensures participation doesn’t drop.
  • Can collect and synthesize anecdotal and qualitative feedback to shape future iterations.
  • Support the ideation, planning, and execution of digital and in-person events for members.
  • Assist with partner outreach and coordination for co-hosted or sponsored events.
  • Help with event staffing and ensure logistics run smoothly on the day of the event.
  • Manage day-of operations including setup, materials, vendors, and schedules.
  • Assist in compiling recaps and ensuring all follow-up actions and insights are documented and shared.
  • Comfortable tracking multiple timelines, checklists, and program components at once (e.g., onboarding, weekly challenges, rewards fulfillment).
  • Experience liaising with third-party platforms and vendors to manage fulfillment or tech (e.g., Circle, gifting platforms).
  • Ability to support the creation of scalable SOPs for repeatable programming and activations.
  • Comfortable updating tracking documents, participation logs, and basic reporting for internal use.
  • Assess and Report on the effectiveness of ambassadors, programs, and events through a reporting framework supplied.
  • Thrives in early-stage programs with fluid structure; willing to experiment and iterate quickly.
  • Understands how to group or match members thoughtfully (e.g., for the Buddy Test).
  • Comfortable supporting ideas that may evolve into larger product, app, or lifecycle features.

  • Past work in fashion, consumer brands, or member-based programs.
  • Bonus: you've hosted your own events, built community from scratch, or run an IG meme page.
