Requirements
  • 6+ years of demonstrated leadership in Deal Desk or an adjacent revenue operations function
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a people manager
  • Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent transaction-supporting applications
  • Experience leading major transformation in software workflows; CPQ implementation experience strongly desired
  • Strong command of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
  • Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence rapid business outcomes
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to drive detailed cross-functional projects
Responsibilities
  • Lead our global Sales Operations Deal Desk function, which governs pricing discount approvals, key negotiating terms, and commercial structures. Drive for greater standardization of the way we execute business to maximize customer acquisition while optimizing gross margin. Own the roadmap for key transactional processes and partner with CRM and Product systems owners to improve the way we close business. Partner closely with our Pricing and executive teams on pricing strategy
  • Enable the Sales organization on the best approaches to winning business with strategic give-get frameworks and best practice sharing
  • Lead a high-performing team of Deal Desk Managers and RFP Specialists. Deliver on key SLAs to support execution of the business
