Requirements
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Experience within a consulting, professional services, technology or recruitment environment
  • Excellent communication with experience working with internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing sales processes from end to end
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for a new business target; engaging with, and winning major new client relationships
  • Engage in business development activities on prospective accounts opened via the leads provided by the Sales Development team
  • Work with the Head of Sales to create account growth strategy around key accounts and newer accounts
  • Work in tandem with the Client Success Team to ensure maximum value is being delivered for the client
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders – sales, delivery, talent, finance, operations, learning and admin
  • Identify problems and solutions with senior stakeholders to gain credibility and open new doors
  • Work closely with Solution Leads to identify growth opportunities in existing accounts
  • Strive towards Cprime becoming the number one choice of supplier to our clients
  • Learn and continually build upon Cprime’s services and offerings
  • Regularly visit client sites in order to drive Business Development opportunities
  • Ensure that metrics, measurements and case studies are being created from engagements
  • Work closely with the Sales Development team to provide market insight and campaign direction
