- Previous experience with implementing controls associated NIST SP 800-171 & 800-172 security compliance requirements.

- Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations including ITIL
- In-depth understanding of MS-365, MS Azure, integration of external cloud business applications

- A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.
- Lead remediation efforts for gaps in security and networking.
- Migrate legacy servers/applications to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
- Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that's always up and running.
- Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Documents internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
- Perform cloud infrastructure and application administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
- Maintain infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
- Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
- Support and administer remote locations and employees.
