Join our team to support the U.S. Army’s premier initiative to enhance soldier readiness, optimize physical and non-physical performance, significantly reduce injury rates, and streamline rehabilitation post-injury. Serco’s U.S. Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program is in need of a skilled Program Analyst who has prior experience assisting management with program coordination and analysis. Our analyst provides expertise by analyzing and coordinating services such as client programs, human resources, report preparation and control, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies by performing the following duties. 

In this role, you will:

• Collect and evaluate data to comprehend complex business requirements and procedures and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement
• Work with stakeholders to analyze system/business processes
• Develop operational concepts, plans, and instructions
• Track and support issues to resolution
• Review, prepare, develop, and modify reports, briefings, and/or client programs and policies
• Provide Program Management support to complete various analytical and reporting tasks
• Monitor and assist staff with obtaining travel authorizations and submitting expense reports
• Assist with technical and operational activities, documents, and plans
• Maintain equipment and property records
• Perform clerical and administrative support tasks
• Be self-motivated and rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Perform a variety of tasks

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A U.S. citizenship
• The ability to pass a NACI (Tier 1) to obtain access to U.S. Government systems
• A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience
  • or a high school diploma with 7-9 years of related experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
• Ability to understand end user processes and create concise reports in support of program execution
• Experience synthesizing data from multiple sources
• Experience creating program reports and briefings
• Proficiency in MS Windows and Office software tools
• The ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the business operations field
• Must be willing to work on an Eastern Time Zone schedule
• The ability to travel up to 10%

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, or Management Analyst

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $75,000.00; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
