Requirements
  • Mandatory industry experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience working with large or complex enterprise organizations.
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring-revenue business models.
  • Strong financial acumen and an analytical, process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Accelerate adoption of new solutions by helping prioritize projects and support activities that deliver the best return on investment within the shortest timeframe.
  • Establish measurable success criteria and assist in building organizational alignment.
  • Develop and maintain strategic customer success plans for named accounts to ensure broad adoption of Autodesk solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to translate customer business and technical challenges into business solutions based on Autodesk products and services, augmented with third-party technology as required.
  • Build credibility as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader by identifying, creating, and promoting insights related to the area of expertise.
  • Collaborate with consulting and support services teams from proposal through delivery, including identifying and managing delivery and adoption risks.
  • Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports, proposals, business assessments, and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with management sponsors and decision-makers within named accounts, from key users to chief experience officers.
  • Own post-sale account management and drive account adoption and scaling strategies with wider account team members.
