Requirements
  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience with 6+ years as a consultative partner.

Responsibilities
  • Partners with Global Engineering Leadership team members by providing informed and insightful views that help them drive high associate engagement, makes smart investments in talent, and enacts human capital-related decisions that will help propel their strategic objectives.
  • Plays a role in the design and execution of workforce plans and organizational development strategies, in support of our business strategy and operational objectives.
  • Provides advice and guidance on performance management including leadership development, accelerated development, succession planning, coaching, talent reviews, and terminations.
  • Supports the business with organizational change and development as necessary, influencing leaders to address complex organizational design issues where required for business success.
  • Partners with senior leadership and recruiting to develop hiring plans that support business objectives and advance the business and functions.
  • Advances diversity and inclusion efforts for the business.
  • Partners effectively with the global HR team and colleagues in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Shares Services to identify and implement tools, solutions and programs that drive decision support, improve the associate experience, and promote organizational efficiency.
  • Analyzes human capital trends and metrics to develop and execute people strategies that will improve business performance, elevate associate experiences, and mobilize 'Ready for Next' talent.
  • Leads processes related to performance management, rewards cycles, talent reviews, and other corporate/business initiatives.
