Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same role.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an effective recruitment procedure to obtain appropriate talent at responsible remuneration levels.
  • Ensure high-quality procedures comply with legislation and company policy across Human Resource Management sub-functions.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance by the security team.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the team to improve operational efficiency.
  • Bring matters affecting the interests of Raffles Jaipur to Management's attention.
  • Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in developing annual and long-term Talent & Culture plans aligned with the organization's strategic plan.
  • Identify Human Resources strategies and programs supporting recruitment, employee development, retention, and a progressive work culture.
  • Foster Raffles values and internalize the Raffles brand personality in employee interactions.
  • Treat employees with respect and build long-lasting, trust-based relationships through open and sincere communication.
  • Go the extra mile to exceed guest needs.
  • Assist and support team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Hire suitable talent and support retention and employee engagement.
  • Implement innovative practices to save cost and time and adapt processes to changing conditions.
  • Design continuous-improvement methods using internal and external feedback, best-practice models, and organizational goals.
  • Communicate, enforce, and annually review staff in-house rules and regulations.
  • Assist the Director of Talent & Culture with departmental activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, legal documents, policies, procedures, and other personnel matters.
  • Prepare and submit periodic personnel reports covering turnover, personnel inventories, and recruitment.
  • Analyze manpower requirements and recommend selection activities to meet staffing needs.
  • Monitor local industry trends and legislation and recommend appropriate action.
  • Inspect the staff restaurant, locker rooms, lockers, and other facilities to ensure they are properly operated and maintained.
  • Apply the Top 5 Service Excellence practices: look at guests, smile at them, talk to them, listen to them, and thank them.
