Requirements
  • 5+ years of regional event or field marketing experience within SaaS B2B, with a track record of executing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with sales teams, understanding the nuances of the sales cycle to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to influence decisions, optimize campaigns, and track performance.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, project management tools, and marketing platforms like 6sense or Looker for tracking and reporting campaign and sales activity.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities on time, within budget, and with limited resources.
  • Understanding of the developer ecosystem and familiarity with DevOps concepts.
Responsibilities
  • Execution and measurement of field marketing programs (both virtual and in-person) tailored to AMERS audiences, ensuring we educate, engage, and inspire target accounts.
  • Lead and support the end-to-end management of events, including venue/platform selection, vendor management, creative branding, logistics, partner integration, onsite/virtual support, internal communication, and post-event reporting.
  • Build a close partnership with AMERS Sales leadership to align marketing efforts with regional business objectives and drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, campaigns, and brand/design teams to develop localized messaging, content, and CTAs for field marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Marketing team on pre- and post-event campaign promotion and follow-up strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including stage movement, pipeline influence, and regional account penetration.
  • Operates as a strategic advisor to sales and marketing leadership, providing insights and recommendations for scaling field marketing efforts.
