  • Experience and success in working with large telecom providers to develop joint offers, technical integrations and GTM strategies
  • An understanding of partner and carrier services and margin models, including bundled connectivity, Day 0/Day 1/Day 2 services and L1/L2 helpdesk workflows
  • Technical knowledge of carrier core concepts and products such as mobile packet core, IX exchanges, PNI, APN, DSL/Cable/Fibre and 3G/4G/5G
  • Experienced with partner management systems, in depth knowledge of similar products in the category
  • 5+ years of experience in product management for security or network products
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Math
  • Strong technical foundation in networking (e.g., Routing, Switching, BGP, DNS, etc), and network security technologies (e.g., Secure Web Gateways, Firewalls, DLP, SIEM, CASB, Security Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience delivering products as cloud-based services
  • Track record creating products from concept to market success
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives
  • Leadership, drive, passion, and charisma - ability to persuade, sell ideas and lead without authority
  • Lead the development and launch of carrier-focused products on our cloud platform (Zscaler Cloud Orchestration Platform), with a special focus on enabling integration with carrier billing and operational (OSS/BSS) systems to enable provisioning of Zscaler services at scale by the worlds largest service providers
  • Work with Support, Operations, and Sales teams supporting the sale and deployment of your products and features in beta and production
  • Own the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange (ZTE) carrier platform roadmap and present it to all internal and external stakeholders for new initiatives and services
  • Present, advocate, and evangelize the company's solutions in customer meetings and conferences
  • Work with Product Managers to create market requirements and business cases for new product initiatives or directions, and present to Zscaler executive team
  • Work with Customer Success Managers, Zscaler Partners, and other internal/external stakeholders to enhance our customer notification system
Desired Qualifications
  • A technical foundation in networking and network security technologies is a must. Hands-on network engineering background is a plus
