Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or structural engineering, construction management, or a related field is required.

  • Close visual acuity is required to prepare reports, use a computer terminal and keyboard, read printed documents, perceive color and depth, and perform inspection duties.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with site visits to collect measurements, photos, and project details.
  • Support the analysis of labor, materials, and timelines for project estimates.
  • Help track costs and flag differences between projected and actual figures.
  • Prepare professional reports and enter data in estimating tools.
  • Investigate and assess property damage through field inspections.
  • Analyze costs, timelines, and risks for construction projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • Past construction or risk management internship experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Xactimate and scheduling software is preferred.
