  • Proven track record in B2C subscription or membership-based businesses, ideally in media, digital, or consumer products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or other business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and optimizing customer offerings that drive engagement and retention.
  • Experience managing and mentoring direct reports in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to both zoom out strategically and dive into the details.
  • Experience working with or managing consumer partnerships is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, development, and rollout of new and innovative membership offerings across all brands to drive acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of membership initiatives.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with third-party vendors and content providers to expand and enhance membership benefits and distribution.
  • Analyze membership engagement and retention data to develop insights and partner with the marketing team to build effective lifecycle campaigns that reduce churn.
  • Provide strategic oversight and hands-on leadership for a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Act as a key contributor to cross-functional leadership conversations, bringing a consumer-first lens to business decisions.
  • Balance strategic vision with detailed execution, ensuring a best-in-class experience for every member.
