10 reasons dealers and OEMs should visit Spiffy at NADA2026. NADA2026 is the premier event for dealership innovation, and it's built around one central truth: dealers arrive with a clear agenda. According to NADA's 2025 attendee analysis, the top ten product and technology categories they're actively shopping for include DMS integrations, BDC tools, fixed ops solutions, marketing automation, and more. These aren't abstract trends - they're a roadmap of what dealership leaders are prioritizing to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. At Spiffy, Get Spiffy, Inc. see powerful parallels between those priorities and the mobile service ecosystem. With over a decade of experience operating its own mobile service business and completing more than 4 million services, Spiffy has transformed that real-world expertise into software, vans, and devices designed to help dealerships go mobile. In this blog, Get Spiffy, Inc.'ll explore NADA's top 10 products and technologies attendees are looking for, and show how Spiffy aligns with every one of them to help dealers and OEMs drive growth, streamline operations, and deliver service anywhere. 1. DMS and CRM Solutions Dealers shouldn't have to juggle disconnected systems or waste time on redundant tasks. Spiffy's software integrates directly with the platforms your team already uses, including Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK, Tekion, and DealerTrack to sync service data, streamline communication, and reduce advisor workload. This eliminates manual entry and improves accuracy and compliance - both crucial as dealerships focus on operational excellence and ROI heading into 2026. 2. BDC Products Your dealership's BDC thrives on efficiency, and Spiffy's Mobile 360(TM) Platform gives your team a command center for mobile service lead generation and scheduling. * Automated Scheduling, Dispatching and Routing: Assign jobs instantly and optimize technician routes in real time. * Recall Outreach: Send targeted, mobile-focused safety recall campaigns directly from the platform. * Service and MPI History: Use historic service and inspection data to proactively improve service add-on opportunities. * Digital Customer Experience: A modern booking flow with real-time updates to keep customers informed at every step. With these tools, BDC teams can work more efficiently to deliver the seamless customer experience that drives higher satisfaction, retention, and revenue. 3. Fixed Ops Mobile service isn't a fad; it's the next era of fixed ops. Spiffy's software and van upfit solutions allow your dealership to expand service capacity by turning every van into a fully equipped mobile bay, allowing your team to complete more jobs without expanding facilities. Once technicians are in the field, Spiffy's tools help them work more efficiently. Route optimization reduces drive time and increases daily job count, while standardized worksteps through the technician app ensure consistency and quality across every service. And with devices like Easy Tread(TM) and Easy Flow(TM) accelerating tire inspections and fluid servicing, technicians are able to complete each job with precision and consistency, elevating both productivity and customer satisfaction. 4. Marketing and Advertising Dealers are prioritizing targeted, high-ROI marketing, and Spiffy's built-in marketing tools give teams a measurable way to reach the right customers, drive retention, and capture new mobile service revenue. To support that goal, Native Marketing helps teams segment audiences by customer data, service history, and location - turning broad outreach into relevant, timely, and impactful communication. * Personalized Offers: Tailor promotions with customer data and service history. * Geotargeting: Deliver localized campaigns by zip code. * Analytics: Track campaign performance and engagement. * Automated Transactional Messaging: Send timely reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages without manual effort. * Mass Messaging: Send text and email campaigns directly from the platform. Together, these features create a targeted, data-driven marketing engine that helps dealers maximize ROI and turn outreach into booked mobile service appointments. 5. Lead Generation Recall work is one of the strongest lead-generation channels for mobile service, and Spiffy's Recall Capture(TM) platform helps dealers unlock it at scale. Using a proprietary VIN prioritization engine, Recall Capture identifies recall opportunities and automates digital outreach to convert them into appointments. Dealers are already seeing meaningful results. In its upcoming Recall Capture case study, Chalmers Ford generated 308 recall appointments from 2,129 targeted VINs, with over one-third of those appointments booked online through self-scheduling. Easy Tread adds another layer of lead generation by turning every mobile visit into a tire sales opportunity. The device scans all four tires in 30 seconds and delivers a clear, visual report that helps customers understand their current tread condition. Dealers leveraging Easy Tread have doubled their tire sales within 60 days, as the device's clear visual reporting builds trust and drives higher approval rates. Lastly, mobile service doesn't just meet customer demand; it creates new opportunities. Wrapped service vans act as mobile billboards, putting your brand in front of thousands of potential customers on every route and generating organic interest in your service offerings. 6. Leadership and Management Technology alone doesn't drive mobile service success - leadership does. From job assignments to on-site updates and performance reporting, Mobile 360 gives managers complete visibility into operations and ensures every mobile service visit is executed consistently and efficiently. 9. Vehicle Inventory Spiffy's odor elimination devices, including Smart Tumbler(TM) and NuVinAir, help dealerships maintain a front-line-ready inventory by eliminating odors, refreshing interiors, and ensuring every vehicle presents cleanly the moment a customer steps inside. These fast, on-the-spot treatments keep inventory consistent and sale-ready. With mobile PDI and detailing, technicians can service vehicles directly on the lot without disrupting shop capacity or slowing down the sales process. This keeps inventory moving smoothly through reconditioning and ensures every vehicle stays front-line ready. 10. Used Vehicles Mobile service brings your team straight to customers' driveways, and with that comes opportunity. Every visit is a chance to strengthen relationships and identify potential trade-ins or purchases. Mobile service doesn't just increase retention; it opens new channels for used car acquisition and customer lifetime value. ShortLoop integrates with CDK Global to automate revenue capture across the entire dealership. CDK runs the dealership and ShortLoop makes sure every call into it counts. For dealer groups and multi-rooftop operations that run on CDK, the DMS is the business operating system where ROs, customer records, and vehicle history live. That's exactly why an AI that doesn't integrate with it falls flat fast. ShortLoop is now fully integrated with CDK Global. The AI reads directly from CDK before a call begins and writes everything back when it ends. As a result, CDK stays current, and more ROs are booked, leads are converted, and more cars are sold. What's new. Informed calls that start with CDK data. ShortLoop AI pulls customer profiles, vehicle history, and open repair orders directly from CDK before the conversation starts. Whether it's a returning customer asking about their car or a new caller looking to schedule, the AI has the right context from the first word. CDK stays current, automatically. When the call ends, ShortLoop writes it all back: call notes, op codes, appointment details, and updated customer records, directly into CDK. Advisors open their queue, and the context is already there. Without interruptions to the workflow or the need for handoff or manual re-entries. Multi-rooftop support for auto groups. For dealer groups running dealerships on CDK, ShortLoop handles calls across rooftops, accommodating dealership-specific customization. Each location keeps its own workflows, op codes, and escalation paths, while the group gets consistent AI coverage and revenue capture across all stores. Outbound campaigns using real CDK data. ShortLoop's outbound AI launches targeted campaigns directly from CDK - maintenance reminders, no-show reschedules, recall notifications, and seasonal campaigns. Every call and text is informed by the actual vehicle and history on file, and outcomes sync back into CDK after every interaction. Sales lead capture into CDK. Every inbound sales call answered is captured and logged by ShortLoop's AI. The AI handles inventory questions, schedules test drives, and logs the interaction directly into the CDK. Nothing needs to be manually entered and nothing falls through. Getting started. If your dealership or dealer group runs on CDK, ShortLoop can seamlessly integrate into your workflows. Its team configures the AI around your existing CDK workflows - op codes, scheduling logic, escalation paths, and rooftop-specific processes, so the integration fits how your stores already operate, not the other way around. Book a demo to see how it works with your CDK setup: About ShortLoop. ShortLoop builds AI phone agents for automotive dealerships so dealers never miss a revenue opportunity. The AI platform handles inbound calls, books appointments, and runs outbound campaigns, helping businesses capture demand, reduce missed calls, and operate more efficiently using the systems they already have in place. Trusted by dealers across the United States, ShortLoop is one of the fastest-growing companies deploying Dealership AI today. About CDK Global. Yooz, a cloud-based purchase-to-pay automation provider, has announced its integration with CDK through The Fortellis Marketplace. The integration enables automotive dealers to streamline operations by automatically syncing payment and remittance details from Yooz into CDK Accounting. The company has launched the CDK Payment Remittance Beta, which completes the full purchase-to-pay workflow by updating invoice payment status within CDK. Previously, dealers had to manually update payment records, creating gaps in audit trails. The new integration eliminates manual data entry, strengthens financial controls and provides end-to-end visibility into invoices and payments within a single platform. The beta is currently available to select Yooz customers, with broader availability planned. Yooz serves over 7,000 customers globally and has processed more than 300 million invoices.
CDK, an automotive retail software provider, has launched a Customer Data Platform that unifies fragmented customer information across dealerships. The Built-In CDP integrates directly into CDK's Dealership Xperience system, providing real-time insights without requiring additional systems or logins. The platform addresses challenges created by siloed data across CRM, DMS, service and parts systems by creating unified customer profiles enriched with AI. Features include 360-degree customer views, predictive lifetime value analysis, sales and service metrics, and automated duplicate record management. CDK will also offer an Enterprise Customer Data Platform combining CDK-enriched data with dealer-owned and third-party data for advanced segmentation and marketing automation. The platform was introduced at NADA Show 2026 in February. The company did not disclose pricing or availability details.
