Requirements
  • An Associates Degree in an appropriate field (e.g. Liberal Arts or Secretarial/Medical Secretarial) or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
  • Very good interpersonal, organizational, and computer/data management skills are required.
  • Over 3 years of related administrative, secretarial or scheduling experience is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of duties both within and in support of the Emergency Services Department including but not limited to the payroll and scheduling functions.
  • Audit, maintain and update information in ANSOS including employee licensure and certification as well as scheduling information.
  • Analyze scheduling data, identify problems, and recommend and implement with leadership approval, methods to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Provide various reports to department leadership as needed.
  • Position will require floating to other hospital sites.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use Ansos system is preferred.
