Rotating Schedule | B Shift | 6:00PM  - 6:00AM

GENERAL FUNCTION/JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

• The general function of this job is to operate equipment to produce tubing. 

• Various tasks that will be assigned in rotation - Welding, Bull Blocks, Sinks, Auto-Cut, Annealer  and other tasks as necessary. 

• Operators are responsible for meeting established production standards. 

• They are responsible for meeting the quality requirements of the product and operating within the policies and procedures of the Quality System. 

• Operators must be able to use microscopes, pin gages and other inspection devices as necessary.

• These tasks involve lifting and handling material: rolls of tubing, tubs and cartridges of cannula. 

• The job requires being able to work on your feet. 

• Candidates for this job must be safety conscious and work safely especially when handling tubing and cut cannula.

• Operators are required to do some basic maintenance as required to keep the machines running. 

• Required to use basic hand tools, ie allen wrenches, files, side cutters, crescent wrenches, etc. 

• Must be able to work with little supervision, able to work in a team environment, and have good mechanical skills.

• Operators will be exposed to with various oils and solvents.

Lifting Weight Min. 35  - 50    lbs.         

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

• Ability to speak, read & write English
