Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of software engineering, integration, or automation experience, ideally in financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or C#/.NET.
  • Strong systems-integration experience building connectors over REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth, including workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms; Microsoft 365, including the Graph API, SharePoint, and OneDrive; e-signature platforms such as DocuSign; and custodial, banking, and other financial vendor APIs.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, document extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation, with sound judgment about verification and human review where accuracy matters.
  • Solid data fundamentals, including SQL.
  • A strong security and data-governance mindset for handling sensitive client and financial information.
  • Strong analytical and process-design skills, including the ability to map a manual workflow end to end and redesign it as a reliable automated process.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain integrations between the firm's core systems, including CRM, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, e-signature, custodial and banking platforms, and reporting, using REST APIs, webhooks, and related interfaces.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to automate document-heavy workflows, including extracting information from signed forms and populating and processing PDFs.
  • Partner across departments to identify manual workflows and deliver automated solutions that save time and reduce errors.
  • Deploy and maintain automations with validation, human-in-the-loop review, monitoring, and audit trails within the firm's data-governance, security, and compliance framework.
  • Work with the software engineering team to build on existing systems and help set standards for the firm's use of AI and automation.

Freestone Capital acquires 106-unit multifamily property in Seattle for $32.2M. September 1, 2026 SEATTLE - Freestone Capital has acquired Aperture on Fifth, a 106-unit multifamily property located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle. PrivatePortfolio GroupFreestone Capital sold the property for $32.2 million, or $304,245 per unit. Giovanni Napoli, Philip Assouad, Ryan Harmon, Nick Ruggiero and Anthony Palladino of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller and procured the buyer, both of which are Seattle-based, in the transaction. Built in 2014, Aperture on Fifth comprises studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments along with a central atrium courtyard, rooftop deck with a bocce ball court, fitness center, bike storage, package lockers, pet wash area and an underground parking garage. Some units feature views of the Space Needle and the downtown Seattle skyline.
