Support and advise business and technical teams on a wide variety of matters, including corporate and transactional matters, regulatory matters, and product development
Protect Wing's technology assets by assisting with the filing and registration of intellectual property
Work closely with Wing's Policy and Government Affairs teams on legislative and regulatory matters concerning drones
Advise on general compliance matters in the areas of trade and export controls

About the Role:

Wing is looking for an enthusiastic Product Counsel who’s ready to change the world of aviation and join our Legal Team based in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate has a passion for all things aviation, particularly enabling commercial deliveries using a fleet of autonomous drones, and has demonstrated knowledge of the legal requirements to build a successful, scalable business on an international basis. Regulatory, IP and general Product Counsel expertise is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
