Requirements
  • 10+ years of Asset Protection, Enterprise Resilience, or Corporate Security experience, preferably in the retail industry
  • Dedicated experience in program management, technology implementation, and operational best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and reporting relevant, actionable data
  • Relevant education and industry certifications needed to expertly lead a complex fraud function
  • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity

Responsibilities
  • Driving the centralization framework of all Asset Protection & Resilience components
  • Identifying data needs and create Asset Protection & Resilience reporting standards
  • Leading, driving and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders on risk-based projects
  • Creating and standardizing risk-based policies, procedures, and programs across the broader business
  • Leading the implementation of new risk mitigating tools and platforms while supporting the vendor management process
  • Working closely with cross functional partners and the Asset Protection Director to create short and long-term strategies
  • Leading, coaching and inspiring teams across the business to drive risk mitigation awareness
