Requirements
  • At least eight years of experience handling all aspects of defense litigation matters in hospitality, premises or general liability, business or commercial litigation, or related insurance practice.
  • Trial and arbitration experience.
  • Experience supervising and managing multiple attorneys.

  • Experience appearing in both federal and state courts.
